Oriole Cafe & Bar

I had just pay a visit to Oriole Cafe & Bar yesterday and basically Oriole Cafe was owned by Keith Loh who won the 2nd runner up in Singapore National Barista Championship(SNBC) in February 2010.His passion towards the coffee and saw an opportunity for an all day cafe and bar which inspired by Europe country which offers quality coffee beverage and cocktails and this cafe is existed.

The ambiance of the cafe is warm and inviting with some hits music as well as some modern jazz.The service of it staff are friendly too...they are just awesome.Oh yeaahh ,beside coffee and espresso they also a variety of teas,milkshakes,sodas,juice,beers,wines and Oriele's signature cocktials,so guests can pop in anytime during the day for a quick cuppa or tipple. 

The Barista at the Oriole Cafe & Bar  is preparing drinks with its latte art on it.

They are using La Marzocco Espresso machine for operation ....kind of powerful machine.

I ordered a Piccolo Latte with the handmade Chocolate Fudge Cake.

Piccolo Latte (double ristretto)2 shoot of their house roasted espresso  and steamed milk.

This cafe definitely a nice place to chill with friends and it house roasted coffee bean is a big merit for them.They do roasted a real good espresso bean with unique characteristic.Here is some info about the shop.

WHO TELL HELL AM I

Well...as u can see my complete profile but still u don't really know WHO THE HELL am I right.

My name is Alan Chan,21yrs old,people always call me Alan and I come from a petite city of Historical Malacca but live in Singapore for the sake of working there.I work as a chef in Marina Bay Sands Pizzeria Mozza which own by  Chef Mario Batali(the Iron Chef America) and Chef Nancy Silverton.

A cook must have to work with the food so...food hunting is always my favorite activities during my relieve.Food is must for a human being hence good food equal to good life.Beside food, I am a coffee addict(coffee lover) as well as I used to work as a Barista.
